Enrolling a New Student at FVHS

If you are enrolling a new student at FVHS, please follow the procedures listed below. A copy of these are available in pdf format below.

Telephone the Office of Growth Management 919-850-1921 to confirm that you live in the FVHS attendance district.
Make an appointment with FVHS registrar at 919-557-2521. Office hours are 7am-4pm, M-F. Check for summer hours. NO WALK-INS, PLEASE
A parent MUST bring a picture driver's license and accompany the student to enrollment.
If parent and/or court appointed custodians are living with friends or relatives, bring in proof of residence for the residence provider and complete the notarized statement to be provided.
You MUST bring the specified documents at the time of enrollment. Check Enrolling New Students at FVHS Information Sheet to see what items are needed.
If you are a student from another country, living with friends or relatives, you must contact the Office of Growth Management at 919-850-1921 in order to be enrolled at any school in Wake County. Foreign exchange students must contact Tim Huffstetter at 919-850-1789.
